“I can’t be vegan—tofu is nasty.” I respond by saying, “Psssh tofu is my jamz.”
I pan fried (in tsp of coconut oil) 3 oz of tofu with garlic, white onion, 1/4 tsp chipotle chili powder, 1/4 tsp of cumin, 1/8 tsp sea salt, 1 tsp of organic nama shouyu, and 1/4 cup of mushroom until tofu was browned and onions were caramelized.
Enjoy with 1 gluten free brown rice tortilla, diced tomato, red pepper, and a little avocado.
