I went to the Dekalb Farmer’s Market with my roomie today. That place just makes me so happy! I don’t think someone should get that excited by food. It makes me even more excited to know that about 2/3 of the entire place is dedicated to things I can actually eat. It’s like that warm fuzzy feeling you get when you go to a vegan restaurant and your smile gets super huge and you want to dance because there are OPTIONS… I love options.
Anyway— I bought so many things and I only spent $55 dollars. I was sure my bill was going to be $100, but it wasn’t! Tonight I made gluten free basil pesto pasta with steamed broccolini. Make it now… fucking heaven.
