I’ve been trying my hardest to be on “mono-fruit island”, but it’s harder than I thought. To be honest, I’m starting to get super tired of bananas. They make my stomach so full, so I end up not eating that many which means— not enough calories!
This morning I got off the island and decided to make some gluten free banana pancakes with yummy tempeh bacon. I don’t know if the ‘bacon’ came out just right, but it’s good. If you want the recipe for the pancakes message me :)
