I bought a can of light organic coconut milk (365 brand) from Whole Foods, and cooked the rice in it (half water, half milk).The flavor is out of this world, just add a pinch of tumeric (optional) and celtic sea salt to taste. The sauté on the side is tofu, broccoli, red onion, green onion, and gf tamari. Simplicity is magic.
